Xcel Energy Employee Political Action Committee, XPAC, is composed of and supported by Xcel Energy employees who are committed to participating in our country’s federal political process. Participants are passionate about advancing the interests of our company by building relationships with legislators and educating lawmakers and regulators on the issues that affect our industry, business and lives every day.
XPAC has helped us to establish long-lasting relationships with key policy makers, hold education events on Capitol Hill and raise awareness of our industry issues to key audiences. Xcel Energy is affected daily by public policy decisions at all levels of government. Through XPAC, we are able to leverage our support and invest in our company’s future.
